For novices, the tutorial offers basic insights into user behavior in the online medium.
For attendees familiar with Web usability, the tutorial offers the chance to see design guidelines vetted with a new set of data. (This can be very useful when you need to convince other team members to follow your advice.)
We will also present new, detailed guidelines from users' pixel-by-pixel behavior; such insights haven't been available before.
